Fun Business Office Flip for Latcon Corp!

Latcon, an area general contractor, found a beautiful mid-century modern building that housed a dental practice since its inception. Its clean lines and simple design were elements that the new owners wanted to retain, but it sorely needed some spice and excitement. Artisan helped add high-end wood trims, rich-looking slate finishes to vertical surfaces, and even a bit of custom faux and mural work (with a fresh coat of paint throughout). It worked, in a big way! Now the building itself is a showroom of Latcon's abilities, from structural to drywall to fine finish innovations. Just above: the main reception area before. Drab and dated.

Waiting area. Very much in need of color and style.

Tired carpet and cheap trim

Main hallway-tired carpet and low-end trims.

After: Slate, steel, and cool greys speak style as a first impression.

Waiting areas now pop with color and warmth.

Luxury vinyl floors and local photographic art lend a gallery feel to new hallways.

Rich dark woods meet cool slate in this ADA washroom.

Drywall texture in the "Aspen Board Room" included samples of random knot-holes, which gave way to an aspen mural in warm natural hues. We had a great time on this office renovation, and are proud of how it turned out. We wish Latcon the very best and thank them for letting Artisan Construction be a part of their new adventure!
